FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY
?Product Name?
Feline Coronavirus Antigen Rapid Test Kit
?Packing Specifications?
5/20 tests/kit
?Expected Usage?
Feline infected with the coronavirus experience symptoms such as low spirits, vomiting and diarrhea. Feline coronavirus is a common infectious disease of the digestive tract, which can be transmitted through the faecal-oral route. Generally, young cats are susceptible to infection. This reagent is used to detect feline coronavirus (FCOV) antigen in cat feces, which can be used for screening and auxiliary diagnosis of feline coronavirus infection.
?Mechanism of Reaction?
Feline Coronavirus Antigen Rapid Test Kit was used to qualitatively detect feline coronavirus (FCOV) in cat feces by colloidal gold immunochromatography. The cat corona antibody is coated on the nitrocellulose membrane. If the sample contains cat coronavirus, the virus will bind to the cat corona monoclonal antibody coated with colloidal gold on the gold label mat to form an antibody-antigen complex. When this complex was chromatographed to the detection line of the membrane (T line), it was combined with another cat coronal monoclonal antibody to form an "antibody-antigen-antibody" sandwich complex and gradually agglutinated into a visible T line. The unconjugated colloidal gold antibody was chromatographed to the T line and captured by the quality control line (C line) and formed a visible C line. The test results were displayed through the C line and T line. If the sample contains feline coronavirus, the T-line shows a red band; If the sample does not contain feline coronavirus, the T line does not show a red band. The C line shows a red color band regardless of whether the sample contains feline coronavirus.
