Canine Parvovirus disease is an acute infectious disease caused by canine parvovirus (CPV) infection in puppies, which is characterized by severe vomiting, hemorrhagic enteritis, myocarditis, etc. This reagent is used for detection of canine parvovirus antigen in canine feces, rectum, vomit and saliva, and can be used for screening and assisting diagnosis of canine parvovirus infection.
?Mechanism of Reaction?
This kit is made using the colloidal gold immunochromatography (GICA) principle. After the sample is added to the sampling hole, it moves along the chromatography membrane together with the colloidal gold marker. If the CPV resistance principle exists in the sample, the detection line will show purplish red; if the CPV resistance principle does not exist in the sample, no color reaction will be generated. This reagent selected CPV specific monoclonal antibody, using the sandwich method to measure CPV specific antigen, high sensitivity, good specificity. It has no cross reaction with other common canine viruses such as canine warm fever virus.
