Canine coronavirus disease is a kind of gastroenteritis caused by caninecoronavirus, which is often mixed with parvovirus and causes serious and even death.This disease is characterized by rapid spread, high fatality rate and different levels ofgastrointestinal inflammation after onset. The incubation period of the virus is usually 1-8 days. It can occur all year round, mostly in winter. The main symptoms of the affected dogs were depression, lethargy, loss of appetite, vomiting and excretion of fetid soft feces. Vomiting lasts for several days until diarrhea begins to abate; Feces are mushy, semi-mushy to watery, orange or green in color, and contain blood with varying amounts of mucus. ?Mechanism of Reaction?
This kit is made based on the colloidal gold immunochromatography (GICA) principle. After the sample is added to the sampling hole, it moves along the chromatography membrane together with the colloidal gold marker. If the canine coronavirus resistance principle is present in the sample, the detection line will show purplish red; if the canine coronavirus resistance principle is not present in the sample, no color reaction will be generated. This kit selects the canine coronavirus specific monoclonal antibody, and uses the sandwich method to measure the canine coronavirus specific antigen, which has high sensitivity and good specificity.
